Return Policy
The following terms apply to all orders shipped within the Mexican Republic. This policy may change without prior notice. Wild Guitar Collection will accept returns as long as all of the conditions listed below are met.
Customer Returns
You may request a return for any product purchased from Wild Guitar Collection provided that the original packaging is unopened, the contents are complete, and the product is in perfect condition for resale.
All packaging, manuals, and accessories must be original, and factory seals must not have been broken.
If the product was part of a bundle or included a free item, the entire set must be returned in the same condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The maximum period to request a product return is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
All returns are subject to an administrative fee as follows:
Days 1–5: 12% of the product value
Days 6–15: 15% of the product value
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The product has been used.
The packaging or box has non-original labels, or factory seals have been broken.
The box shows signs of damage, scratches, stains, moisture, or any form of misuse.
The packaging or box is not original or has been opened.
The product was a special order.
The product is discontinued or out of stock.
The product description includes the note “No Returns and/or Cancellations.”

Requests received Monday to Friday, 9 AM–7 PM (Central Time) will be reviewed and evaluated the same day.
Once Your Return Is Authorized
You will receive detailed instructions via email on how and where to ship your product.
After the Product Is Received
If the return meets all conditions, a credit note will be issued for the product’s value (minus administrative fees and any discounts applied).
You can use this credit note toward another purchase or request a refund.
To use the credit note for another purchase, email info@wildguitarcollection.com.
To request a refund, email soluciones@intercompras.com and follow the instructions provided.
If payment was made by bank transfer or deposit, you will need to provide your banking information. Processing may take up to 30 business days after your information is received.
If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. This process may take up to 15 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
If payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
If the product does not meet the return conditions, you will be notified by email and required to pay for the return shipping.
Important:
During the return process, additional information such as product photos may be requested.
If your return is approved, you must ship the product properly packed and protected against impact, moisture, dust, static, and excessive heat, with prepaid shipping to the address provided.
Insurance, taxes, legal or environmental issues, accidents, theft, or loss during transit are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
No returns will be accepted after 15 calendar days.
Returns Due to Shipping Errors
If an incorrect item was sent, Wild Guitar Collection will arrange pickup of the wrong product and send the correct one at no additional cost (subject to availability).
If the correct item is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the full product value and shipping costs.
You may use this credit note for another purchase or request a refund.
To use the credit note toward another purchase, email info@wildguitarcollection.com.
To request a refund, email info@wildguitarcollection.com and follow the provided instructions.
If the payment was made by:
Bank transfer or deposit: Refund may take up to 10 business days after banking details are received.
Credit or debit card: Refund may take up to 15 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
PayPal: Refunds are issued within 5 business days to your PayPal account.

Include the following:
Order number
Model of the incorrect product received
Quantity (if more than one item)
Any additional details found on the delivered package
Requests received Monday to Friday, 9 AM–7 PM (Central Time) will be processed the same day.
We will then:
Schedule a pickup at your address.
Confirm the pickup location and preferred date.
Send a prepaid shipping label to your email.
Ask you to print and attach the label to the package.
Send a courier to collect the product.
At the same time, we will ship the correct item from your order.
Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
An order may be canceled in whole or in part as long as it has not yet been released from the warehouse.
Orders with “Pending” status may be canceled by contacting us via email.
Orders with “Payment Validating” or “Payment Applied” status may also be canceled if not yet released from the warehouse.

To Request a Cancellation
If payment was made by bank transfer or deposit, a credit note will be issued, which can be used for another purchase or a refund.
To apply the credit note to another purchase, email info@wildguitarcollection.com.
To use the credit note for a refund, email info@wildguitarcollection.com with your banking information. Refund processing may take up to 10 business days after receipt of your banking details.
If payment was made by credit or debit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for payment within 15 business days, depending on your bank’s policies.
If payment was made via PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account within 5 business days.
